Novalja was Europe's dance capital, with 5,000 dancers of all ages, beautiful costumes, choreography, music, and acrobatics.

The Mediterranean International Dance Open took place in the sports venue in Novalja from September 24 to 26, and it gathered a large number of dancers from all over the world.
All dance disciplines were represented by dancers (fit kids, acrobatic, hip hop, modern dance, jazz dance, ballet ...) both live and online. The best dancers performed again in the Gala Event.
This was the first competition of the season, as well as a qualifier for the International Dance Open USA. The competition was supported and sponsored by
Novalja Tourist Board.
